Yes. Maple Leaf Quality Renos carries full General Commercial Liability (GCL) insurance and is completely WSIB compliant on every project. GCL insurance protects you from liability for property damage or injury that occurs during construction. WSIB compliance means every worker on your property is covered for workplace injury, you carry zero personal liability for claims from anyone injured on your job site. These aren't optional add-ons, they are baseline requirements we believe every homeowner should verify from any renovation contractor before signing a contract. We encourage you to ask for proof of both before committing to any renovation company, including ours.

Structural modifications, load-bearing wall removal, legal basement apartments, below-grade entrances, new plumbing rough-ins, electrical work beyond fixture replacement, and HVAC system installations all require permits.
