For projects requiring permits, including legal basement units, structural modifications, below-grade entrances, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety upgrades, we prepare and submit all necessary applications to the City and/or ESA. We manage the entire permit process, track application status, respond to municipal inquiries, and ensure all approvals are in hand before construction begins. You'll never be left navigating bureaucracy alone.
This is where plans become reality. Our skilled construction team executes the project with precision, professionalism, and an unwavering focus on quality. We adhere to the construction drawings, follow proper installation methods, use reliable materials, and maintain a clean, organized job site throughout. Regular progress updates keep you informed, and our project managers are always available to address questions or decisions that arise.
Before we consider a project complete, we conduct a thorough quality review of all work performed. We compare completed work against the original construction drawings and quality standards, address any deficiencies identified, and coordinate required City or ESA inspections. The final stage is our favourite. We conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of the completed project with you, reviewing all work and ensuring everything meets your expectations. Any remaining touch-ups are addressed on the spot. Once you're satisfied, we formally hand over your beautifully renovated space, clean, complete, and backed by our workmanship warranty.
