With the plans and approvals in place, construction begins. Our team coordinates the trades, materials, scheduling, and day-to-day work while following the approved drawings and applicable building requirements. We maintain an organized job site and provide regular progress updates throughout the project. Required municipal, electrical, plumbing, or other inspections are coordinated at the appropriate stages, and any identified deficiencies are addressed before completion.
Once construction and required inspections are complete, we conduct a detailed final walkthrough with you. We review the completed work, identify and address any remaining touch-ups, and ensure the space is clean and ready for use.
